Die Opiliaceae sind eine Pflanzenfamilie in der Ordnung der Sandelholzartigen (Santalales) innerhalb der Bedecktsamigen Pflanzen (Magnoliopsida). Die etwa zwölf Gattung sind in den Tropen der Neuen (nur eine Gattung) und Alten Welt (elf Gattungen) verbreitet.
