Otto Hermann von Vietinghoff genannt Scheel (* 3. Dezember^jul. / 14. Dezember 1722^greg. in Riga, Livland; † 24. Juni^jul. / 5. Juli 1792^greg. in Sankt Petersburg) war unter Katharina II. von Russland Generaldirektor des allrussischen Medizinalkollegiums, was heute dem Amt eines Gesundheitsministers entspricht.
