Outapi
Outapi (häufig auch noch nach alter Schreibweise Uutapi) ist seit 1998 Hauptstadt und Verwaltungssitz der Region Omusati in Namibia und hat 6600 Einwohner (Stand 2011). Sie liegt im gleichnamigen Wahlkreis.
