Pankofen ist ein Stadtteil von Plattling im niederbayerischen Landkreis Deggendorf. Bis 1978 bildete es eine selbständige Gemeinde und ist noch bis heute durch landwirtschaftliche Flächen vom Hauptgebiet Plattlings getrennt.
