Die Partito Sardo d’Azione (PSd’Az; sardisch: Partitu Sardu; Sardische Aktionspartei bzw. Sardische Partei) ist eine regionalistische und separatistische Partei in Italiens autonomer Region Sardinien. Ihr selbsterklärtes Ziel ist die „Souveränität des sardischen Volkes“ und die Unabhängigkeit der „sardischen Nation“.
