Paul Boateng, Baron Boateng PC (* 14. Juni 1951 in Hackney, London, England) ist ein britischer Jurist, Diplomat und Politiker der Labour Party, der 2002 als Chefsekretär des Schatzamtes (Chief Secretary to the Treasury) erster schwarzer Kabinettsminister Großbritanniens wurde. Er ist als Life Peer Mitglied des House of Lords.
