Pembroke [ˈpɛmbɹʊk] (wal. Penfro) ist eine flämische Stadtgründung des Mittelalters am Eingang zum Mündungsgebiet Milford Haven in Südwales. Pembroke war ursprünglich Hauptstadt der Grafschaft Pembrokeshire und hat 7.214 Einwohner (Stand 2001).
