Die Peruanische Opossummaus, auch Peruanisches Mausopossum (Lestoros inca) ist eine Beutelsäugerart aus der Familie der Mausopossums (Caenolestidae). Sie ist in der Andenregion des südlichen Peru in Seehöhen von 2800 bis 4000 Metern beheimatet.
