Pixley ka Isaka Seme (* 1. Oktober 1881 in Inanda; † 7. Juni 1951 in Johannesburg; geboren als Isaka Seme) war ein südafrikanischer Politiker und Rechtsanwalt. Er war Mitbegründer und Präsident des African National Congress (ANC).
