Das Politische System Südafrikas nach dem offiziellen Ende der Apartheid im Jahre 1994 ist im Kern als parlamentarisches Regierungssystem organisiert.

Der Staat ist in neun Provinzen gegliedert und besitzt seit der Verfassung von 1996 föderale Elemente.
