Pontos (Region)

Pontos (altgriechisch Πόντος ‚Meer‘, lateinisch Pontus) ist eine historische Landschaft an der kleinasiatischen Südküste des Schwarzen Meeres (Πόντος Εὔξεινος Pontos Euxeinos) im Nordosten Anatoliens in der heutigen Türkei.
