Prolaktinom
Das Prolaktinom ist ein gutartiger Tumor (Adenom) des Hypophysenvorderlappens (Adenohypophyse), der Prolaktin produziert. Dies führt zu einem Überschuss von Prolaktin im Blut, einer sogenannten Hyperprolaktinämie. Es ist bisher nicht sicher bekannt, wodurch ein Prolaktinom entsteht.
