Die Puschkinstraße ist eine 650 m lange Verbindungs- und Einkaufsstraße in Schwerin. Sie führt in Nord-Süd-Richtung vom Schelfmarkt / Gaußstraße / Lindenstraße / Schelfstraße in der Schelfstadt bis zur Schloßstraße in der Altstadt.
