Qacha’s Nek (Aussprache: ˈ!ɑtʃɑs nɛk) ist die Hauptstadt des Distrikts Qacha’s Nek in Lesotho. Sie liegt im Südosten des Landes. Der Name bedeutet: Gebirgspass des Ncatya. Ncatya war ein Sohn des morena Moorosi, während nek aus dem Afrikaans stammt.
