Der Río Motupe ist ein etwa 85 km langer Fluss in der Provinz Lambayeque im Nordwesten von Peru. Die Gesamtlänge einschließlich dem Quellfluss Río Chiniama beträgt 129 km. Das Flussbett am Unterlauf führt nur selten Wasser.
