Raymond T. Odierno

Raymond Thomas Odierno (* 8. September 1954 in Rockaway, New Jersey; † 8. Oktober 2021) war ein General der US Army. Er war vom 7. September 2011 bis zum 14. August 2015 Chief of Staff of the Army.

Zuvor war er von September 2008 bis September 2010 Kommandeur der Multi-National Force Iraq (seit Januar 2010 United States Forces Iraq) und kommandierte davor vom Mai 2006 bis zum Juli 2008 das III. US-Korps, welches vom 14. Dezember 2006 bis zum 14. Februar 2008 als Multi-National Corps Iraq in Bagdad stationiert war und damit direkt der Multi-National Force Iraq unterstand.
