Reskript

Das Reskript (lat.: rescriptum, etwa „Antwortschreiben“, „Rückantwort“) ist im römischen Recht eine kaiserliche Rechtsquelle (constitutio) zur Regelung von Rechtsfragen im Einzelfall. Nach heutigem Verständnis trägt es Züge eines Gesetzes und eines Verwaltungsakts (Bescheids) gleichermaßen.
