Romain Rolland

Romain Rolland (* 29. Januar 1866 in Clamecy, Département Nièvre; † 30. Dezember 1944 in Vézelay, Burgund) war ein französischer Schriftsteller, Musikkritiker und Pazifist. Er wurde 1915 als dritter Franzose mit dem Nobelpreis für Literatur ausgezeichnet.
