Rugjer Josip Bošković

Rugjer Josip Bošković (* 18. Mai 1711 in Ragusa (heute Dubrovnik), Republik Ragusa (heute Kroatien); † 12. Februar 1787 in Mailand, Herzogtum Mailand) war ein Mathematiker, Physiker und katholischer Priester, der auch in der Astronomie, Naturphilosophie und Dichtkunst sowie als Techniker und Geodät tätig war.
