Saint Andrew ist eine administrative Einheit (Parish) im Inselstaat St. Vincent und die Grenadinen in der Karibik. Es ist flächenmäßig das kleinste Parish auf der Insel St. Vincent. Der Hauptort ist Layou. Das Parish umfasst eine Fläche von 29 km² (11 mi²) und 2000 wurde die Bevölkerung auf 6.700 Einwohner geschätzt.
