Das ehemalige Samtamt Oldenburg auch Samtamt Oldenburg-Stoppelberg in Ostwestfalen war ein Amt, der seit 1358 bis zum Beginn des 19. Jahrhunderts vom Hochstift Paderborn und der Grafschaft Lippe (ab 1789 Fürstentum) gemeinsam verwaltet wurde.
