Samuel Hartlib

Samuel Hartlib (* um 1600 in Elbing, Königlich-Preußen; † 1662 in London, England; gebürtig Samuel Hartlieb) war ein deutsch-englischer Wissenschaftler und Pädagoge. Er galt als „the Great Intelligencer of Europe“ (der große Informationssammler und -verbreiter Europas).
