Die Kirche San Bartolomeo war ein katholisches Gotteshaus in Mailand, an der heutigen Piazza Cavour. Die Kirche, die in ihrer ursprünglichen Form aus dem 11. Jahrhundert stammte, wurde 1861 abgerissen.
