Schtscholkowo (russisch Щёлково) ist eine russische Stadt in der Oblast Moskau. Sie liegt am Fluss Kljasma rund 35 km nordöstlich von Moskau und hat 110.411 Einwohner (Stand 14. Oktober 2010).
