Semih Kaplanoğlu (* 4. April 1963 in Izmir) ist ein türkischer Filmregisseur, Drehbuchautor und Filmproduzent. Er zählt neben Nuri Bilge Ceylan zu den bekanntesten Vertretern des aktuellen türkischen Kinos.
