Kitasato Shibasaburō

Kitasato Shibasaburō (japanisch 北里柴三郎; * 29. Januar 1853 in Oguni, Aso-gun, Provinz Higo (heute: Präfektur Kumamoto); † 13. Juni 1931 in Tokio) war ein japanischer Arzt, Bakteriologe und Unternehmer. Er galt als Mitentdecker des Pestbazillus.
