Als Sockenpuppe (englisch sockpuppet, auch Fakeaccount, Zweitaccount, Multiaccount oder Doppelnick; Plural auch Mehrfachkonten) bezeichnet man im Netzjargon ein zusätzliches Benutzerkonto, das aus verschiedenen Gründen angelegt wurde.
