Soll-Zustand

Ein Soll-Zustand ist in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Organisationstheorie und Volkswirtschaftslehre die Gesamtheit eines angestrebten Zustands oder einer vorgegebenen Norm bei Betriebsorganisation, Geschäftsprozessen, Personalwirtschaft oder Produktionstechnik zu einem bestimmten Stichtag. Gegensatz ist der Ist-Zustand.
