Der Libanon nahm mit dem Radsportler Edward Maalouf an den Sommer-Paralympics 2008 im chinesischen Peking teil, der auch Fahnenträger beim Einzug der Mannschaft war. Ein Medaillensieg des Libanon blieb jedoch aus.
