Sprossenrad

Ein Sprossenrad ist ein Zahnrad mit verstellbarer Zähneanzahl. Es dient vor allem als Antrieb für mechanische Rechenmaschinen. Sprossenradmaschinen werden in Europa auch als Odhner-Maschinen bezeichnet (nach Willgodt Theophil Odhner).
