Die St.-Johannes-Kathedrale (türkisch Aziz Yuhanna Katedrali) in der türkischen Stadt Izmir (Smyrna) ist die Bischofskirche des römisch-katholischen Erzbistums Izmir. Sie ist die bedeutendste noch im gottesdienstlichen Gebrauch befindliche Kirche im asiatischen Teil der Türkei.
