St. Johannes Baptist ist die einzige katholische Innenstadtkirche der Kreisstadt Herford in Ostwestfalen-Lippe, Nordrhein-Westfalen. Strukturell gehören Kirche und Gemeinde zum Pastoralverbund Herford im Dekanat Herford-Minden des Erzbistums Paderborn. Sie war die Kirche der Johanniterkommende Herford.
