Staatsmonopol

Um ein Staatsmonopol handelt es sich in der Wirtschaft, wenn ein Staat bestimmte Wirtschaftszweige oder Tätigkeiten durch Ausschließlichkeitsrechte für sich reklamiert und andere Wirtschaftssubjekte hiervon ausschließt. Dabei handelt er meist durch Staatsunternehmen in Form des Angebotsmonopols.
