Stadtverkehr ist der innerstädtische Personen- und Güterverkehr. Unterschieden wird meist nur zwischen Individualverkehr und öffentlichem Verkehr (Stadtverkehr wird zum ÖPNV im Stadtgebiet). Voraussetzung ist das Vorhandensein einer städtischen Infrastruktur.
