Stefan Pohl (* 10. April 1978 in Merseburg) ist ein deutscher Schwimmer und Olympiateilnehmer. Der 2 m große und 88 kg schwere Athlet startete für den SV Halle. Seine Disziplin war das Freistilschwimmen.
