Das Amt Sursee ist eines von fünf Ämtern des Kantons Luzern in der Schweiz. Hauptort ist Sursee. Die neue Luzerner Kantonsverfassung von 2007 kennt keine Ämter mehr; sie dienen allerdings weiterhin als statistische Einheiten (siehe Wahlkreis Sursee).
