Swan Hills (Hügelregion)
Die Swan Hills (englisch für „Schwanen-Hügel“) bilden eine Hügelregion südlich des Kleinen Sklavensees in Zentral-Alberta in Kanada. Das Gebiet ist hauptsächlich mit borealem Nadelwald bedeckt.
