Thespiai ((f. pl.), Katharevousa Θεσπιαί, neugriechisch Θεσπιές Thespiés (f. pl.), in der Antike Thespeia altgriechisch Θέσπεια (f. sg.), lat. Thespiae oder Thespia) war eine bedeutende antike griechische Stadt im Süden Böotiens und Mitglied des Böotischen Bundes.
