Thiobacillus
Thiobacillus ist eine Gattung gramnegativer, Schwefel-oxidierender, nicht-phototropher Bakterien. Die ehemals umfangreiche Gattung wird seit Untersuchungen um die Jahrtausendwende deutlich kleiner gefasst und umfasst nur noch drei Arten (Stand Dezember 2022).
