Der thyreotrope Regelkreis (Synonyme: Hypophysen-Schilddrüsen-Regelkreis, Hypophysen-Schilddrüsen-Achse, Thyreotrope Achse) ist ein mehrschleifiger Regelkreis zwischen Hypothalamus, Hypophyse und Schilddrüse. Er reguliert die Konzentration an Schilddrüsenhormonen im Blutplasma.
