Tlazolteotl

Tlazolteotl (Nahuatl: Schmutzfresserin, tlazolli, der Schmutz, die Krankheit) war in der aztekischen Mythologie die Göttin der Wollust und der verbotenen Liebe. Sie war auch unter dem Namen Tlaelquani (die, welche Unreines frisst) bekannt und galt als Göttin von Reue und Reinigung.
