Der Tonos (aus altgriechisch τόνος tónos) ist das ‚neutrale‘ Akzentzeichen der neugriechischen monotonischen Orthographie, das in den 1970er-Jahren Akut, Gravis und Zirkumflex des alten polytonischen Systems abgelöst hat.
