Der Toxic Substances Control Act 1976 (TSCA, ausgesprochen: „Toska“), also „Gefahrstoff-Überwachungsgesetz“, ist eine wichtige Norm der US-amerikanischen Chemikalienregulierung. Mit seiner Umsetzung ist die Environmental Protection Agency (EPA = US-amerikanische Umweltbehörde) beauftragt.
