Im Cross-Country XCO wurden zehn Rennen an unterschiedlichen Weltcup-Stationen ausgetragen, im Downhill insgesamt sechs Rennen. Mit dem Downhill-Rennen im südafrikanischen Stellenbosch machte der Weltcup erstmals auf dem afrikanischen Kontinent Station.
