Vexillologisches Symbol

Die Vexillologischen oder FIAV-Symbole dienen in der Flaggenkunde (Vexillologie) zur standardisierten Einteilung von Flaggen. Das System wurde von Whitney Smith entwickelt und von der Fédération internationale des associations vexillologiques (FIAV) Anfang der 1970er Jahre eingeführt.
