Das Plenum (von lateinisch plēnum (cōnsilium) ‚die Gesamtheit‘; „vollzählige Versammlung“ zu plenus, -a, -um ‚voll‘; Plural: Plenen, Plena) ist die Vollversammlung (auch Plenarsitzung bzw. Plenarversammlung) möglichst aller Mitglieder einer Organisation.
