Die Vorzugsaktie ist eine Aktiengattung, bei welcher der Aktionär kein Stimmrecht besitzt, dafür erhält er die Dividendengarantie auf eine bevorzugte, in der Regel höhere Dividende als beim Pendant der Stammaktie.
