Der Wüstenuhu oder Pharaonenuhu (Bubo ascalaphus) ist eine Art in der Familie der Eigentlichen Eulen. Er kommt in Nordafrika und im Nahen Osten vor. Sein wissenschaftlicher Name leitet sich von dem Unterweltdämon Askalaphos aus der griechischen Mythologie ab.
