Wilhelm Martens (* 5. November 1929 in Celle; † 31. Dezember 2008 in Tosterglope) war ein deutscher Politiker (CDU). Er war Landrat im Landkreis Lüneburg und Abgeordneter im Landtag von Niedersachsen.
