William Cowper (* 1666 in Petersfield (Hampshire), England; † 8. März 1709 in Bishops Sutton (Hampshire)) war ein englischer Chirurg und Anatom. Nach ihm ist in der Humananatomie die Bulbourethraldrüse („Cowper-Drüse“) benannt.
